Optional warranty cover can be purchased for 1,2 or 3 years; B B R Autos Ltd works with company ‘Warranty Wise’ for mechanical warranty option plans. Regarding warranty claims, please refer to the additional information provided.
Where warranty is provided, it will be valid for 28 days from purchase date and does not cover punctures, misuse/abuse, track days, damage caused by potholes i.e snapped springs, general wear and tear parts, seals and gaskets, suspension bushes and springs, keys, taxi/delivery work, /modifications or parts fitted after the vehicle is driven away from the B B R Autos Ltd premises. B B R Autos Ltd does not cover fines or license points for test drives once the vehicle car is driven away from the B B R Autos Ltd premises.
Refunds will not be issued due to ‘change of mind’.
Trade sales come with no warranty at all. 'Trade Sale' applies to all cars sold under value of GBP 2,500 and below.
Cars, sold as ‘track cars’, modified cars or intended for track use (for example Renault Sport, VW Golf GTI, Subaru STI, Audi RS etc range of cars) come under this umbrella of no warranty. On all sales you should use your own skill and judgment before proceeding with the purchase of a modified vehicle thus confirming that you are happy and agree to proceed with the condition of the vehicle, price and terms of B B R Autos Ltd.
Any mileages quoted are approximate and may not always be accurate. BBR Autos Ltd attempt to check and verify vehicle mileage as being accurate by carrying out a variety of checks including previous owners, Service record, MOT history via VOSA Check and HPi Check. In the absence of any statement to the contrary, the purchaser should regard the mileage displayed as checked.
If the purchaser changes his/her mind and cancels a contract for the purchase of a vehicle, we are entitled to look for and recover our reasonable expenses, such as administration costs and loss of profit. These costs will be deducted from any payments made by the purchaser and the rest will be refunded. Any proposed contract shall be governed by and be under the jurisdiction of English Law and Laws of the United Kingdom only.
The purchaser must pay in full, the stated price of the vehicle before taking delivery or collecting the vehicle.
All reference to payment implies cleared funds.
